Definitely not Lil Wayne. He uses way too much autotune and voice filtering to the point where it makes him sound like a frog with throat cancer. He's a HOT rapper meaning he's popular and in my opinion he sure isn't a good one. Honestly, I think he's way too over rated. His music is already played out for him (only talks about women,sex,money) and no substance. At first he was pretty cool but now he seems like a giant poser. Drake on the other hand seems a bit too cocky but he was able to become popular in a very fast amount of time so obviously he's doing something right.

Drake is monotoned, Lil Wayne is all about auto tune, it all comes down to who can rap better, and sound better at it.
