Dodge Durangos front brakes wont release, why?
I replaced the master cylinder and the proportioning valve.Still, the only way both front brakes will release is to loosen the brake lines at the propertioning valve. And the brake pedal hangs lower than normal.Brake booster perhaps?

Well i know the rubber brake lines. That bolt to the caliper, they get old and collapse and when they do it wont let the brakes release. The brake booster when it usually goes bad it will make your brake pedal hard to push..Hope this helps...
