im playing fire red again and im at the elite four but havent challenged them yet. heres my team:

im open to suggestions for moves and a new pokemon but i dont want to change my others because i worked a long time to train them to lvl60's. i know my pokemons levels are good enough to beat the elite four but i want to add another pokemon to make sure i win because i dont have much money to keep buying potions.

8/10. I'd consider training an electric pokemon to quickly handle Lorelei, since the water typing keps flareon from being as effective as he could be. Get a magneton or something. Its steel typing also gives it some good defences for when you face lance and your rival. That or keep your current team and go through without using items at all. They'll get good experience to level up, eventually eliminating the need for many items. It also gives you cash for each one you beat to stock up if you want a pile of revives and full restores handy

I use to be like you. I was an all out offensive player. I never kept defensive or stat boosting moves. Then I found out how useful they are.
As for a good Pokemon recommendation. Nidoking is awesome!!! No lie.
