Hip pains are caused by tight back muscles pressing into the nerves leaving the spine and going to your hips to cause the pains in your hips. Tight back muscles can also press into the nerves going around your body to send pains to the rib, chest or heart areas and would cause the breast pain you had. Tight back muscles can also press into the nerves going to the organs, as they leave the spine, to cause pains or problems in the organs. Pressure on the nerves to the stomach causes it to release more gastric acid and as it goes through your system it burns the tissues in the intestines but there the body doesn't want the pain so it empties out what is causing the pain so you end up with the diarrhea as it comes out. to get rid of these pains you have to free up your back muscles to release the pressure on the nerves causing the pains and here's how to free them up:
Back:
(do while sitting on a chair)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front, and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm as straight as possible. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, then release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

It hurts just thinking about it! It's called a Charlie Horse cramp, but I have some advice -- I started noticing that I'd wake up just as the muscle is starting to tighten, which meant I still had time (not a lot though, only 2 seconds!) to undo what was about to happen. So what I've started to do is JUMP out of bed as fast as possible and start walking around the room real quick, almost running. Yes, I look like a crazy person for a minute, but it works like a miracle. My leg has never once cramped up to a painful degree again and as you start walking around, you can actually feel that initial tightening feeling (the one that woke you up) quickly start to go away, and then you can go back to bed and relax. Forgot to add -- keep your leg PIN STRAIGHT as you walk, do not bend it -- that will make the cramp flair up, but if you walk straight (and keep walking!) you will go back to normal real quick.
