Who is an independant person I can talk to regarding the bad behaviour of a private institute of education?
I have had a problem with an institute of learning.
Its a small company directed by two people. These two people double-role as co-ordinators and managers, head and chairman etc.
I have been through the company's complaints procedure. Spoke to all the relevant people. I spoke to the person who claims to be the head of the company but she is just not budging. I now wish to make a complaint to an independant body regarding their conduct.
Who do I go to? Im really stuck and I do not want them to get away with this type of fraudulent behaviour.
I would appreciate a pointer in the right direction
Thankyou

What is the problem exactly? by fraudulent, it sounds like they're braking the law, in which case, threaten them with the appropriate act and quote from said act, for example, they won't give you a refund when you are 100% entitled to one? threaten them with the Consumer Rights Act. If this fails, report them to some form of government body that can help you, or even take them to court of it's that serious, but the reporting and taking them to court is probably more extreme than my previous suggestion.
If it ISN'T law breaking however, then simply write a bad review on the internet and spread it around. Reviews can destroy people. ^_^
There may be other routes I haven't thought of, but I hope this helps!
