Max Payne 3 unlimited bullet time?

I know I need to do the score attack & I did it. I got 3 gold & the rest platinum. Can someone tell me what else I have to do to unlock unlimited bullet time

    There's a glitch in the game. Several people have reported this to Rockstar (myself included), and hopefully they're working on a patch to resolve the issue.

    You have to get gold medals on soft lock as well as free aim then you can have all the bullet time you want
