Chain retainer broke!!!?
I was eating and the retainer used to retain the back of my teeth supporting the maxilla broke. It's a metal chain retainer, with a type of white link in between. Please help!!

Go to your orthodontist. If you don't have your retainer in , your teeth will most likely shift back to their original position and you may have to get braces again.
