I accidentally deleted my youtube icon on my iphone?

How can I undelete or get back the youtube icon that came on my iphone 4s.

I don't even know when I deleted it for sure. Its gone and I would like to know how I can get it back.

I went to app store, but did not see the icon I had when I bought it just a couple of weeks ago.

Thanks for any help you can give me!

I wasn't very clear - I didn't buy the you tube, it was already on it when I bought the phone.

    re install it. or if you have backed it up or have it in your itunes, then it would be much easier for you to get it back.. :)
