If you would ask about iPhone 4S vs Galaxy S3 then sure answer would be the Galaxy S3 but as we don't know how the iPhone 5 will look like then its very hard to answer your question. We don't know the release date, design and specs so it can be anything. If you will wait a half a year and Apple will release smartphone with the same 3.5-inch smartphone you will be very disappointed about your wait.
