Can you get a restaring order if someone is harring you by calling you too much?
here is the sitaution the person is calling me too much,, the person is not threatening me and does not know were I live or work.. so the person is not stalking me all the person is doing, is just calling and texting alot about she just wants to talk and fix things so can you get a restaring oder to stop those calls,, even tho there not violent or threaening just calling alot thats all

best to change your number. or have her phone number blocked from your phone. if it's a cell phone, then you ought to be able to log onto your account online and put her number on the block list. if it's a landline then you'll need to contact your phone company.
being that there have been no threats, then it is unreasonable to seek a restraining order.
