Within this last week sometimes it wouldnt go away with rest. When I go to bed sometimes im so tired but i get this shaking internally that you cant see or feel but I can feel it on the inside, it keeps me awake and really worries me. I dont know whats going on but its bothering me and I dont know what to do. I dont have insurance right now. It also makes me feel kind of week when I shake and my arms get this heavy feeling. Any idea what this could be?

Diabetes and Hypoglycemia could make you shake or feel shaky also weak. I have diabetes so that's from my own experience. Keep sugar low and eat right. You should be able to figure this one out with out a Dr. Make sure you eat protein in the morning within the first 30 min.s of waking up.
I hope the other person is right and it is anxiety because you can get over that.

It sounds like you've trapped a nerve or that your going through anxiety attacks and stress and anxiety. tremors and shaking are a major sign of that. Try breathing slowly when you go to bed, just focus on your breathing and see if the tremors start to go.
