My sternum feels a little sore and when I breath in deep it feels cold irritated like a smokef a menthal cigarrette..i havent smoked in 12 years. I do have a slight runny nose. But this feeling I get in my chest is bothering me...what could it be? Its only when I take deep breaths ...sometimes it makes me feel lile I need to cough a little from the vaporish feeling. I havent been around anyone who smokes...any answers are appreciated..

so I found out that my 13 year old son has been smoking for about a month now. I'm not sure how I should handle this if I should ground him if I should take away privileges or make himn go to classes I just need some advice on a good way to handle this so he doesnt continue smoking.

SO I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH INSULIN RESISTANCE DUE TO PCOS ( POLY CYCTIC OVARIAN SYNDROM) SO MY DOCTOR PERSCRIBED ME METFORMIN TO HELP CONTROL MY SUGAR LEVELS AND GET RID OF THE WEIGHT I GAINED. WELL I TOOK MY FIRST HALF OF PILL LIKE SHE TOLD ME WITH BREAKFAST THIS MORNING. ABOUT 2 AND A HALF HOURS LATER I STARTED TO SWEAT AND GET SHAKY AND FEELING FAINT, SO I ATE A SANDWHICH SOME BROCOLI AND A LITTLE BIT OF LOW SUGAR JUICE. AN HOUR AFTER I ATE MY SUGAR WAS AT 78. IM REALLY SCARED THAT IM GOING TO HAVE ISSUES WITH THIS MEDICINE CAUSING LOW BLOOD SUGAR. I HAD TROUBLE WITH LOW BLOOD SUGAR WHEN I WAS YOUNGER AND FAINTING SPELLS BUT AFTER I GOT PCOS MY SUGARS STARTED STAYING HIGHER. SO IS THIS NORMAL ON THIS MEDICINE AND WHEN I GO TO THE FULL DOSE WILL IT MAKE MY SUGAR EVEN LOWER? I DONT WANT TO END UP IN A COM,MA OR PASSING OUT WHILE IM HOME WITH MY CHILDREN. IM REALLY WORRIED ABOUT THIS. DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS WITH METFORMIN AND CAN MAYBE GIVE ME SOME INSIGHT ..WILL IT GET BETTER OR WORSE? WILL I BE ON THE MEDICINE AND NOT GET DIABETES BUT BATTLE HYPOGLYCEMIA?

So I ve been doing a lot ofcleaning around the house. I bend over a lot and it seems like anytime I do a lot of bending over the next day my chest feels heavy and sore. Today I woke up with it feeling heavy and my back and spine feeling sore also. So I'm wondering why my chest feels heavy after doing things and from just bending over or is there something else that the bending is irritating? It kind of freaks me out a bit ...theheaviness and soreness makes me feel like its hard to get a deep breath but I'm breathing fine. I do have some anxiety as well.

This only happens during my pms stages..first off I get tons of symptoms as I suspect I have poly cystic ovarian syndrome. During pms I drink a lot of water and feel thirsty a lot. At night my hands swell up and in the morning I wake up with them swollen and the bottom of my feet get swollen. When I get up to walk the bottom of my feet feel sore with the first few steps. As te day goes on it clears up until night time and starts again. What could this be and what's the cause? I don't have medical insurance right now.

For the last four days I have had this pressure in my upper chest and down my sternum between my breasts. Its not as bad if I sit down and rest but when I get up to walk or do anything I get winded easily and like I need to take in deep breaths. When I eat anything it gets worse it almost feels like the food is clogged in my chest almost like a squeezing feeling and I can feel it in my throat. I went to the er because I was worried and they did ekg chest xray and blood work for heart enzymes and for blood clots and everthing was normal, my oxygen level was at 100 percent. Ie also had a little bit of a dry cough. I do have gerd but have been taking pepcid ac, the er doctor perscribed me priolsec. ive had chest heavyness before and they always say it gerd, but ive never had this pressure feeling before and not lasting for as long as it has, can gerd do this. its scary feeling almost, i dont feel any burning or anything. i dont know, just wish i knew what it was its really worrying me and making my anxiety level go up. any answers are appreciated.

I just bought an 04 buick rendezvous, its been driving great for the past month. well today I noticed that when it shifts it shifts hard, almost feels like im hitting a small bump or something. Its still running and shifting normal just now when it shifts its like i said it feels like ive hit a bump. I dont have any warranty on it. I dont know much about cars but could this be the start of my transmission going out or could it be something else? Theres nothing else going on with it at least not yet anyway.

I have been feeling off balance all day, i feel pressure on the top of my head and even sitting down i feel off balance. i rested for a few hours and felt ok so i got up to take a shower and felt so horrible i got out quickly, the longer i stand up the more i feel like im going to faint or my eyes feel so tired. it is the weirdest feeling i dont know how to explain it, i feel like things are hazy, i dont know what to do, i have had trouble with dizziness in the past and they blame it on my inner ear but dont find anything in my ear, i dont know what to do this feels awful, anyone else have this problem? what can i do to get rid of this dizzy off balance feeling and this pressure in my head?

I have been off balance all day. I Have also been getting head rushed from leaning over or when i stand up but they headrush hits me after about a minute after ive already gotten up. i got a few bad dizzy spells that made me feel as if i had to throw up. My eyes have been feeling a little watered but no headache. I occasionally get dizzy spells but not were i feel a constant off balance feeling all day. I was leaned over helping my daughter with something and it felt as if i was going to pass out..so i stood up and sat down and it went away after a couple of minutes. when i was doing laundry i felt as if i need to stiffen my leg mucscles to keep me from falling. its not as bad when im sitting down. I have a pressure feeling on the top of my head. i have been sitting around alot for the past week with my husband because he had knee surgery and ive been sleeping alot more. would this cause my unbalanced feeling or dizziness and headrushes? sometimes when i move a get dizzy and it makes my chest feel heavy and my breathing gets heavy, its freaking me out. what could this be? ive had my heart checked several times so idk what else it is. er doctors have told me on several occasions its inner ear. it seems like bull to me because they dont know. any insight on this i appreciate thank you

well to start, I dont have regular periods ,maybe every 6 months i have one but i still get awful pms symptoms every month that cause extreme fatigue hunger thirst dizziness horrible mood swings and so on...well when i actually get a period I get shaky a week before and during my period...the weird thing about it is I only get real shaky when I do something like take a shower or fix something to eat make my bed just any physical activity brings it on reallly bad, the second I sit down it starts to go away..it also makes me feel week and like im going to faint. I know my hormones are unbalanced but would that make me feel this way? What is it about periods that does this? ive also been gaining weight consitently , ive never had a problem with my weight or period or feeling this way until 4 years ago after I had a miscarriage, i have an app in febuary but I wanted to get input and wonder if anyone else has this problem?

I was having some issues with my sinus's and having headaches for a few days...well it went away and i started to get a reall bad sore throat. went to the dr and i have strep. She gave me the zpak...took the 2 pills for the first day and have been gargling salt water like she said. Well I wake up today feeling off balance and a little dizzy...my eyes are a little watery and feels like there is pressure on my head. its kind of scaring me . I have taken this medicine many times and never had anything more then mild stomach irritation. I just feel kind of foggy. Could this be from the medicine or has my sinus problem just coincendently started up again? thanks

I'm redoing my sons room in motorcross ad I want to put diamond cut metal looking style on his closet doors. I just want something cheap...like a wallpaper that has the design or something like it. The actual metal is expensive. I'm in okc area or any websites would be helpful or any other suggestions or ideas for his room would be appreciated. Thank you.

Since Sunday I have not been feeling good....I've been fatigued bloated had heartburn gas and felt nauseated. I'm usually regular but since I haven't felt good its been difficult to go. I would cramp up real bad run to the bathrom and not much happens. I wake up today and I'm gtting real cramped up so I run to the bahroom and this time I go. Its thin longer stools and everytime it starts to go I get s sick and feel like I'm going to throw up. What could be going on? I've been reading about bowel obstruction and I'm scared I might have that. I've never had sugery or anything but in the past I've had trouble with gerd ibs and haviing a really bloated up stomach. Hopefully I can get some insight on this. Thank you.

It has the intelligent key...so i had the fob or whatever the thing is called the clicker in my hand and i went to turn the knob..i didnt have a good grip on it and turned it just enough were it started but it started up real slow like it didnt want to come on but it did. So i back out which was down hill so it rolled and i went to push on the gas and it acted like it was in neutral or something but it wasnt and i would push on the gas and it would barley go,,,so i turned the car off and started it again this time getting a good grip on the knob..it started right up and drove fine. So my question is ...could this have happend because maybe not a good connection when i turned the knob or something or is it something that could be wrong with the ignition?: I just got the car..its the newest car ive owned so i dont know a lot about it or how those keys work. thanks

Its really starting to bother me....I was having tremors my hands and arms would feel shaky, It would go away with rest. Its been going on for the last week. Within this last week sometimes it wouldnt go away with rest. When I go to bed sometimes im so tired but i get this shaking internally that you cant see or feel but I can feel it on the inside, it keeps me awake and really worries me. I dont know whats going on but its bothering me and I dont know what to do. I dont have insurance right now. It also makes me feel kind of week when I shake and my arms get this heavy feeling. Any idea what this could be?

I haven't done much activities..well nothing out of the norm...I haven't. Had much energy and have been feeling lazy. I've been eating so I know is not my sugar levels. When I lay down at night my bodys like internally shaking...you can't tell by looking at me other then my hands. If I rest the jittering isn't as bad. But if I start trying to do anything my muscles jitter even more leavng me feeling tired. Its starting to worry me now that its been going on for a few days. What could be causing this I hate feeling this way I'm starting to have some anxiety about it.

My husband and I have 3 kids...every year we have a dispute about today. He gets cards from the kids but dosent get anything from him. I get a happy mothers day and that's it. He says I'm not his mother so he sould not get me a card or flowers. I always remembered as a kid my dad got my mom flowers and a card thanking her for be a good mother to us. It kind of hurts my feelings. I already have issues with feeling unappreciated by him. What's your opinion on the matter?

I have tried etsy and its all this stuff you have to print out , im looking for bottle cap stickers of all sorts that I can purchase that are already made and i just stick them on the bottle caps or an easy site to print them off I guess, and a site where I can find ribbon other then what they sell at hobby lobby. Any ideas advice online craft stores is appreciated, thank you.
