Every night and morning my hands and feet swell up?

This only happens during my pms stages..first off I get tons of symptoms as I suspect I have poly cystic ovarian syndrome. During pms I drink a lot of water and feel thirsty a lot. At night my hands swell up and in the morning I wake up with them swollen and the bottom of my feet get swollen. When I get up to walk the bottom of my feet feel sore with the first few steps. As te day goes on it clears up until night time and starts again. What could this be and what's the cause? I don't have medical insurance right now.
