how to change port in apache server?

hi am using xampp, but when i start the Apache it says busy , so i change the port no from 80 in httpd.conf and restart it but same error, i don't have Skype or IIS in my system, pls help me to solve the problem,any one there to solve it online,

Update:

i had kaspersky which is using port 80, thts why i change the port,but still apache busy

    Unless you already have something running on that port you can not have that error. Before you try to start it check the processes. I have seen an attack on a machine run a hidden server. But keep the port standard or it becomes useless.

    Inside httpd.conf file you will be able to change the port of APACHE
