How to bust your brother for breaking the law?

So my little brother just got his license, and is now driving his friends all over the place. He's still underage and our parent's don't care. I want to know how I can get him caught, so he learns a lesson! This isn't sibling rivalry (mostly), it's me as his older sister seriously concerned that he's headed down a very distructive path. He's out well after the 11:00 curfew and is disrespectful to everyone around. What can I do to stop him? Talking doesn't work. Cops may. But I fear they wouldn't be able to just come to my house and catch him. Plus, I don't really want to get pinned as the person involved. Please help. It's getting really out of hand, I need serious help!

Update:

For those of you bashing, there are far more problems with him than this, but this is one thing that may actually get him to straighten out before he ends up in real jail for a real sentence. Scaring him is easy, and actually quite kind if you think about it for a minute. Don't care what you think of me, obviously you don't care, just like my parents. Thank you for those of you actually posting real answers.

First your parents are idiots, I'm truly sorry. But simply call the police from a pay phone and say a car with license number XXXXXX (the plates of the car he drives) was driving crazy. Do this when you know he is out and make the call from a pay phone in the area.

Okay, if you were honestly worried about him heading down a destructive path, you wouldn't be worried about him being out past curfew, or having friends in the car. It is not your job to punish him, it's your parents jobs. And quite frankly, if they aren't concerned you shouldn't be either. I am sure, you or someone you know (Other than your brother) have broken the law, in some way shape or form and didn't get told on. Quite certainly no one TRIED to get you in trouble for it. Staying out past curfew and having friends in the car, doesn't make him a hardened criminal. Sounds like maybe you didn't have those options when you were his age, and are jealous because of it.

To answer your question, just leave it alone. If he happens to get pulled over, you will get your way.

Leave him to make his own mistakes in life. I don't understand why he has his licence if he is underage? I live in UK and you have to be 17 before you can sit your driving test but there is no curfew for a 17 year old to be at home by 11pm. Your parents or brother wont thank you for reporting him to the police, speak to your brother and tell him you are concerned but although you think he wont listen to you he will think about it, Good Luck

If you know someone on the police force, you can pull a nasty prank on him that involves him getting arrested. That could scare him straighter than a ruler.

But other than that, you can always leave an anonymous tips of his crimes that can get him busted but just don't look guilty doing it or he'll come looking for payback.

Back off. Stop meddling. He may have a lesson or two to learn before he grows up, but it is not your prerogative to pay for the instruction. You might need serious help, but that doesn't have much to do with your brother.

What kind of person wants to have their brother busted by the police? A nasty pos. Why not mind

your own business. Sicking the cops on somebody is about as low as you can go.
