I have heard an expression and would like to know what you think?

"Like a duck on a junebug"

Does this mean that ducks will hunt out junebugs and gobble them up?

How would I go about attracting a guard duck?

Same as "White on rice," "A cheap suit" and "Stink on chit." As in: They'll be on you like a cheap suit. But "like a duck on a june bug" also refers to extreme focus and determination. And, yes, ducks eat june bugs. Mostly in June.
