sure, I've seen them in the store. I've never eaten them, but I imagine since it's still potatoes and ketchup it would likely taste a lot like a french fry in ketchup.

They have sold them in America, they were burger king brand, of all things. I heard they originated in Canada, actually. They weren't bad, just unusual.
