Favourite TV series which was cancelled after one season ?

Definitely Joss Whedon's 'Firefly'! It was absolutely the best and FOX mismanaged it from the beginning! It had the potential for years of great stories and character development.

I loved LOST as well, but I believed it got somewhat bogged down for awhile and could have been wrapped up sooner.

Firefly, from '02. I loved that show and it never really got a fair chance, got shifted without warning, episodes showed out of order or pre-empted. Was so happy to get the whole thing on DVD.

BQ I'd say House went on too long. It was wonderful when it started and for the first few seasons but finally got very repetitive, too many cast changes, etc.

The secret circle was cancelled after one season recently gutted:(

a series i love but has went on too long has to be supernatural i absolutely loved 1-5 but after that it's does gone down hill, should have ended at season 5, there's not much more they can do with it

I would probably have to say Terra Nova, I thought that was really cool and pretty interesting, just wish that they would've toned down the family crap.

Another show that I thought was pretty good was Sh*t my Dad Says, it was actually pretty funny, all they had to do was replace the main son and it would be almost perfect in my opinion

The show was called Voyagers from 1982.

I agree with Kathy, Voyagers was a great show but my favorite (with a time travel premise too) was Journeyman (2007).

Death Valley on MTV. I thought it was awesome but it got cancelled
