how to turn iso to wad for wii?
i downloaded a wii iso and i want to know how to turn it into a wad file

You don't... Wads are for installing stuff to your Wii's NAND. Your Wii has 512MB of NAND and most ISOs are 4.5GB (but some do scrub down to much less). You do the maths :)
You can install games into your NAND if your NAND is emulated using SNEEK/UNEEK. Then you can convert ISOs an drop them into an emulated NAND... But I'm not about to talk you through performing brain surgery on your Wii if you don't understand ISOs and Wads, you'll end up killing it.
You'd be better off just converting the ISO to .wbfs and loading it via a USB Loader.

you cant launch wii games from an SD card you can launch Snes, Nes, PS1, N64, GBA ect from the SD card using the homebrew channel
