Hey Taycee, how to contact you?

You can't be contacted by email in Y/A, you might remember Harold Packham, rode my 250 CZ to 3 state titles, NSW, Vic and Qld. You must remember Matt Daley, in one season took all the state 250 and 500 state titles and the Australian titles in one year on a 250 Husky, I sponsored Matt up until he went to the U.S. to race over there but have since lost track of him.

Email me for more if you like...

Update:

You might know Len Maine or Ron Kivovitch, I would love to make contact with them as since moving to Qld I have lost track of so many.

Update 2:

Thanks for the email Taycee, it wasn't that far back but maybe your interest in Motox is only since you became involved. Matt's 'clean sweep' has never been repeated in Australia, so I assumed it would live on. A brilliant rider out of Woolongong who never finished a race with even a sweat up, he dominated motox like Mick Doohan did in road racing. I am still involved very much in the sport with race prep of bikes, dyno work and mentor a few of the guys both in dirt and road racing.

Don't think it will ever get out of my veins.

Thanks again Traycee and cheers

Am afraid I wasn't alive when those riders where at their peak. Am involved in mx at present so really only know all the current riders. I guess a background on history would be relevant but I have never had the time to look back through the years although I am sure they were fantastic at their peak. I guess mx has changed a lot over the years and is a totally different ball game. I only know what is happening now with riders in Aus and many overseas ones as well with a lot of them staying at my place while here racing. Have recently had a National Champion from O/S lob on my doorstep, take over the house basically and eat way too much as mx riders do. I don't get into the email thing on here as when I signed up here I had a few nut cases on my plate so I keep it all nice and private, plus prefer the anonymity as I do know a lot of local people in the sport. Thanks for the reply
