Another user can block you if they so choose, it often happens if they disagree with your answers or don't agree with their opinion. Forget it, just move on.

Yes,anyone can block another user.I have blocked the better part of 140 users for abuse & insult.Some people block you because they don't want to hear the truth,only what they want to hear.Only two-three people have blocked me for that very reason, & in the same (Sports) category.

Yes, your account was blocked by that account. You can block a maximum of of 200 accounts on YA. People do that when they are afraid of some one for some reason. I just laugh when some one blocks me because they have learned, the hard way, that I am NOT afraid of their attempts to insult and demean me into fearing them.

They may have blocked you if they didn't like your an answer you gave them, or something totally unrelated.

You should look for those questions and report them for being repetitive.
