As long as you have some form of internet connection, you can connect to PSN.

Yes if you have inet connection , but I am wondering if you can find that kind of inet speed, Most of them slower than turtle ... And Be careful if you transformed your PS(to become free zone) to read copy game you will get black list and your PS never work again.
