good teen birthday ideas?
it's my daughter's 14th birthday soon and we are fresh out of ideas. there will be both boys and girls there, we don't want to exceed a budget of $400 and we can't have it at our house, as we live in an apartment. it's in winter, so the beach/pool parties aren't an option.
please any ideas would help!

Why not go to a local mall and have a scavenger hunt? I went to all of those parties and had a great time? What about going to an arcade or go-kart place? Teens love driving go-karts, and videogames are always fun!
