How to use the existing Apple ID without a credit card?
I have an Apple ID already, so this doesn't mean that I would create one. How am I going to use it without any use of credit card if there is no "none" option on the payment method? What can I do? I will only make use of the free apps.

I have encountered this problem as well, what you have to do is make the account in the right place. For some reason if you make an account in the browser it demands a credit card, but if you make the account on an i-device itself it does not.
So, in short: try making the account on your ipod, iphone, ipad instead
