I would like to rent a minecraft server but I am not sure which company to rent it from. Would you guys just help me out if you know really hosters? I want the server to have factions and hardly any lag. THANKS :DDD

I've been renting my server from Multiplay - http://www.multiplaygameservers.com/?r=LAL599. They should be the largest Minecraft server host. When you host you get a free voice chat server and webspace. Also setting up server is very easy (few minutes after payment it's ready).
