What is causing my forehead to be numb?
For the past week or so, my forehead is numb. At some times, it seems like the numbness is severe, while at other times, it feels much less severe. I also have a little trouble hearing, and I also have a small headache that comes one minute, and goes away the next. I do not have any memory loss, and I am not dizzy. My stomach is also upset, although I do not have diarrhea, and I did not throw up. I have to sneeze a few times during the day, but not very often. I am also occasionally sweating more than usual. I did not go to a doctor about all of this yet, but I do not know if it is necessary to go to one or not. But from what I described, what kind of illness do I have?

A deficiency in the B-vitamins causes numbness, headaches, digestive problems, dizziness, etc.. You might want to get your vitamin B12, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin B1 and any of the other B-vitamin levels checked up; nurse will take a blood test to see if you are low in any of them. The B-vitamins effect our nerves system in our bodies.
