God didn't do these things for logical understanding for us humans, so we can all understand it easily. Sometimes things in the Bible and such are hard to understand, and I accept that, but God gave us faith. We have faith in God that what the Bible says is true and that's what atheists lack. They have no faith, they do not understand the meaning of it and what it does for you. Atheists always look for a straight answer, but sometimes there is not always one, we just have to put our trust in the Lord.

This is not correct, but it's the result of a propaganda campaign by the Islamic version of our Christian fundamentalists.

If the Koran REALLY had scientific miracles (and not vaguely worded poetic verses), then we'd all be Muslims, wouldn't we?

...this is from an Islamic website. My objections are:

1) "Heavens and Earth joined together" - this could have many many different meanings.

2) The explanation has a scientific error: the Big Bang was a rapid expansion, not an explosion at all

3) Note even the author falls back on the weasel word 'might'

"In the beginning, all the matter in the universe was contained in a single, infinitely dense point and then began a period of rapid expansion over billions of years"

... THEN we could talk about science in the Koran

Jesus was sacrificed so that the relationship between God and man could be restored and we could go to heaven as we were all sinful. You also need to read your own Koran properly as it is obviously not correct and is written by 1 man whilst the bible was written by more than 40 different people over a few thousand years. You are all following the commands of one mans opinion. The koran states many things that are obviously wrong and incorrect. Just read it and think about what it says and commands to do and compare to what the bible says and you will understand if u have an open mind and heart.

So how is it possible that GOD is killed by the very creation it created?

if he was god, why did he need to come to earth and die on a cross for this to happen?

I read the fist part of the question, so keeping it simple, the answer is, God the Son had to die for man because God is Holy and Just and cannot forgive sin. It goes against His very essence, His character, if you will. The ONLY sacrifice He can accept must needs have been pure, without blemish, as He demonstrated in the Old Covenant (Old Testament) with the animal sacrifices. There is no way for man to accomplish this type of offering, man being what he is. So the Father provided the necessary sacrifice, as He did with Abraham. And, as with Abraham, though the Son was sacrificed on the cross, yet He lives forevermore, Therefore, by God's grace, through faith, we who have trusted in what was done on the hill called Golgotha will also live with Him, according to His Word, His promises. He cannot change, and He cannot lie.

The first question about God's creation being able to kill him - actually Jesus said no man takes his life, he lays it down himself. He told them his Father would send him 12000 angels if he asked. You remember on the cross Jesus said "Father, into thy hands I commit my spirit" and breathed his last. This was his power to die at his own timing, and three days later he arose through his power to take his life back up.

The second question about why God would have to die for our sins, why not just forgive everyone. You have to remember God is just. If he gave us a law that said the penalty for sin is death, then took back his own law, where would be his holiness? Then we could trust nothing he says, if he just changed everything whenever he wanted to. So now he had a law that required our death (because we all sinned), but he loved us and desired mercy. The perfect solution where he would be able to retain his righteousness and show mercy at the same time, was substituting his life for ours. That way, the righteous requirement of the law was fulfilled, and we were set free.

You mention Abraham. Do you remember what Abraham told his son when Isaac asked him where the sacrifice was? Abraham said "My son, God will provide for Himself the lamb for a burnt offering." In this, Abraham was prophecying that God would provide his own Son himself for a sacrifice for sin.

As to the question of science, that is all interpretation-dependent. There are some great Bible scholars that address the great amount of science in scripture.

No it isn't...and that i don't think of it is moral for everyone to ask this, yet it really is in basic terms me. I actually were requested through a Christian guy if I extra him that i might want to be anticipated to record everyone who disagreed with him and his crew in reality - and everyone who threatened his TC position...i did not upload him as a contact and advised him i did not opt for any element of it - i imagine it is disgusting and disgraceful behaviour for Christians. Is it any ask your self we are accused of being dishonest and hypocritical !? I have also been requested through a Christian woman to furnish her ideal answer so she might want to keep her TC badge, and to pass round and promises her thumbs up. i understand this happens plenty and that i imagine all of it truly is shameful behaviour. I had a chum who became once a contact, she is a member of the ''record crew'', I took her out of my contacts and that i will do it back if i detect out any of my contacts belong to such communities. Jesus was God in human form. They are One in the same Spirit. Jesus was not killed but he "yielded up His spirit" (Matt27:50) So He sacrificed Himself so that we would not have to die for our sins. If God was to just erase our sins then the Devil would call God unjust. And God is just, because He allows the Devil to roam to and fro seeking whom he may devour:

"Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also came among them. And the Lord said to Satan, 'From where do you come?' So Satan answered the Lord and said, 'From going to and fro on the earth and from walking back and forth on it.' Then the Lord said to Satan, 'Have you considered my servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, one who fears God and shuns evil?'

Religion denies logic, so you will not get a criticism-free answer from Christians or Muslims. They are incapable of it. They are not cruel on purpose.
