sounds like you have a bad engine coolant temp sensor, the engine goes into limp in when there is a temperature issue causing your etc light, there is a pcm update available for some model calibers to fix this issue meaning you will have to go to the chrysler dealer

Change toalty integrated power module it is very coastey I had to mine shorted out dearly made it to the dealer
