Problemi con il wifi dal cel?

ho reimpostato le impostazioni di fabbrica del mio telefono,ma ora,anche se connesso al wi.fi,non mi entra in internet...sapete aiutarmi?

    fai formato cell dovrebbe funzionare anche a me e successo

    vai su impostazioni e poi su wi fi o direttamente su wi fi. dopo cerca il tuo '' modem'' e attivalo. ti dovrebbe chiedere un cosice che trovi sotto il tuo modem( serial number).
