How does one go about planting a tree with a plaque in a park in memorial of someone?
My boyfriend passed away yesterday and he loved "trees". So I wanted to plant a tree at a park where I can go and sit under it with a plaque in his name. He donated all of his organs so he has saved many lives including his uncles. Does anyone know any information? I live in the East Bay, CA so anywhere up to an hour nearby would help. Thank you.

You get hold of the who ever owns the park and they will have a procedure for you to follow, they have one for both trees and benches. I am very sorry to hear of your loss.
