How to get a loan with no credit history?
A close friend of mine is looking into buying a mobile home, however she and her fiance don't have any credit. They have no money saved so a loan is needed, and they have no one that is willing to co-sign with them on it so that has set them back as well. How could she go about getting a loan with no co-signer and no credit history. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :)

Not gonna happen. Even if she could, she'd need a down payment and closing costs. Broke people who have not bothered to save money don't own homes.
They will have to rent until they save up a down payment, an emergency fund, and closing costs.

With NO money saved, even someone with GOOD credit couldn't get a mortgage. Your friend and her fiance have a long way to go before they are ready and able to buy a home.
Bottom line, she/they can't. They need to spend maybe a couple years saving for a down payment and closing costs, and building their credit.

Loan shark.
Go to your nearest Chinese mall and yell "I'm broke and I need money".
