mine is the same, the charger broke too and when it gets over heated it switches itself off-.- I'd get your money back on it and get a better quality one like apple, I bought an apple laptop the other day and they are just wow!hope this helps xo

I even have come for the time of this concern on some customer machines, who're applying the two Kaspersky or Norton AV. (assuming you're working living house windows 7) My suggestion could be to uninstall Norton and notice if it runs ok, if so, seem to get a various AV product. Alternativly, you need to also have a defective memory (RAM) chip interior the computing gadget.

Mine completely stopped working.. It turns on but the screen is pretty much dead.. ******* hate that P.O.S.
