I do not know the recipe, but I know some Chinese cuisine, and I believe I have had the Shanghai Steak from Panda Express and I can give you a recipe that will be very similar.

    Shanghai Steak

    Ingredients

1.5lbs Thinly Sliced Beef (I would probably use sirloin)

    2Tbsp Corn Starch

    1/4 Cup Beef Broth

    1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

2Tbsp Sesame Oil (you can use vegetable or canola as a substitute but will not have full taste)

    1/4 Cup Mushrooms

    1/4 Cup Sliced Onions

    1Tsp Minced Ginger

    1/2Tsp Crushed Red Pepper

    1/2 Cup Chicken Broth

1/2 Cup Hoisin Sauce (if to you not have this you can still make recipe without)

3-4Tbsp Sugar (you might have to adjust to your likeness of sweetness)

    1/4 Cup Asparagus Tips

    Steps

    1. Marinate beef in cornstarch, beef broth, and soy sauce for 3 hours. Drain beef, while keeping the marinate.

    2. Using a wok (or a large frying pan, you could even use a pot, just make sure it is large enough to fit all ingredients), heat sesame oil on medium high heat. Once oil is hot, add marinated beef, mushrooms, and onions. Cooked until beef is browned.

3, Add minced ginger and crushed red pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.

    4. Add chicken broth, hoisin sauce, sugar, and the reserved marinade left over from the beef. You will need to stir now, because the cornstarch in the marinade will start to thicken the sauce. Lower the heat to medium and cook for 5 min, or until the sauce has reduced to a point where you think it is almost ready (not runny). You might want to taste it now, and if you want it to be sweeter you can add more sugar.

    5. Add asparagus, and cook for 1 minute.

    6. Eat.

Should be pretty similar to Panda Expresses, good luck. The recipe might seem complex but if you get all of the ingredients ready, and then begin it will be easier then expected.

Shanghai is just a renowned global town pulling more and more attention from throughout the world; so see what this town is offering with hotelbye . Shanghai is a well known vacation destination for visitors. In Shanghai you can see the striking Yu Garden (Yù Yuán), also referred to as the Garden of Happiness. This Garden covers a place of more than 20,000 square meters and contains an outer and an interior garden. The oldest area could be the Outer Garden with more changes being made in the 18th century when Sansui Tang, the park's main corridor, was added. The newer and significantly smaller Inner Garden dates from 1709 and contains characteristics common of a conventional Chinese writer's Garden: appealing little pavilions, ornamental stones, and small hill stages, separating surfaces and little waters, and even a richly decorated theatrical stage.
