shooting pain from lower back/anus?
it started all suddenly just then. i was sitting down and there's the shooting pain from the lower back specifically my anus area. it hurts when i try to sit down, i had to quickly stand up, even then the discomfort is still there. after trying to relax for a while... it calms down a bit... but yeah again, the discomfort is still there.
and also, the right area under my belly button just above the hip bone is a bit uncomfortable.
what could i have? :S :S
any quick remedies?
