crackling at back of neck, headaches and ear and eye pressure.?

I'm 17 years old and for the pass couple months I've been experiencing a crackling/ grinding noise when i turn my head from shoulder to shoulder. Recently I have begun to experience sinus, eye and ear pressure; it feels as though there's something behind my eye this only occurs on the right side of my head . I often get headaches (but i think they are rebound headaches from taking too much Ibuprofen and tylenol). Sometimes I feel as though small air bubbles are moving in my head, or if something has leaked. I also get weird head rushes which are really scary (head pressure and light headedness increase drastically), for the past month or so I've also been extremely tired and HAVE to take naps during the day, and I have odd hungers (although i feel hungry my body refuses to eat or i may not be hungry ever)... is all this connected, and if so, what is it? is it a serious condition.

additional info: I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder/ panic disorder and am taking the antidepressant "celexa" to control it. I have been taking celexa for about 3 weeks now.

Okay, first of all, when you say, "when i turn my head from shoulder to shoulder" do mean when you tilt your head from side to side? You are over stretching the muscles and ligaments in your neck. This will cause severe muscle/ligament pain and/ or pinched nerves which will cause headaches, facial and eye pain.

Your head pressure and light headedness could be from the pinched nerves and neck pain but it also could be Low Blood Pressure. Low blood pressure is common in summer because hyperthermia can trigger low blood pressure. Hyperthermia is dangerously high body temperature and could lead to heat stroke and dehydration. Either or both would require hospitalization.

Stop cracking your neck! And please see a doctor. You may also be anemic or need vitamin/calcium supplements. Many medications interfere with the body's ability to absorb nutrients. Many medications also cause sun or heat sensitivity. Please stay out of the sun this summer and spend more time in the pool or indoors with the air conditioner on.

I cannot speak for the fainting, but as far as the fever, neck, face and ear pain/pressure-yes. I had a bone infection due to an abscess and it was unbearable and I had to go to the dentist at 11:00 pm (emergency visit). Once he opened up the abscess and put me on an antibiotic I was feeling 75% better within 24 hours (I was a little sore from the dental work, only). This can be VERY serious because the infection had gotten into my blood stream and I could have ended up in the hospital if I had not gone to the dentist as early as I did, much less the pain that I would have endured hoping that it would go away. I feel for you, take care of it ASAP.

The doctors have diagnosed you with depression because they can't find out what's wrong with you and that's their fault not yours. The grinding noise is probably an arthritic problem at the top of your spine and could be contributory to your headaches. The feeling of something leaking could be a heart valve problem and you should be checked for this via ultra sound,As for your strange hunger feelings the vagus nerve is partly responsible for sending correct signals of hunger to the brain.Something is wrong there, but you'll need a darn good doctor to help you and they are few and far between

I would read the side effects information on the leaflet that came with your medication and see how many if your symptoms fit.

However, all of these things put together dont sound good and I would definately take a visit to your doctor soon, and he may suggest a scan to check there is nothing seriously wrong.
