How to change the windows 7 taskbar back?

It has turned to a grey colour from my customised colour and the start button used to be a big windows symbol in a circle. It is now a smaller symbol in a square and it says start. The rest of the bar looks like windows 7, except for the start button.

Update:

It wont let me pick another theme. They're in grey as well. And it said that it doesn't support aero?

    You have windows 7 basic theme enabled.

    Right click an empty area of your desktop-->personalize

    choose a new theme
