I am having a girls afternoon out party in a couple of weeks. I'll be serving a light lunch. Need menu ideas?
I was thinking of BBQ or Ham & Turkey or Chicken and Tuna salad for sandwiches with a macaroni salad, lettuce salad, broccoli salad, and vegetable tray. An all salad luncheon would also be fun. I'll definitely be making Chocolate dipped strawberries and some type of dessert. I have also considered making a ziti pasta dish and having lettuce salad with garlic toast.
I would like some other ideas and opinions or menu suggestions. Ladies..........your opinions please!

I go to our grocery store and order a large party tray or more. Pick it up later. They have wonderful items:
Small hamburgers;
Finger sandwiches;
Pinwheels;
Meat and cheese trays;
Vegetable with dip trays;
Desserts of all sorts;
Shrimp;
Chicken wings;
Chicken legs;
The list goes on and on
And they are very pretty.
