I've installed app killer apps but they can only kill apps manually. Is there a way to stop apps automatically running in the background?

I can't stop apps running background too. But I can use app too kill only app that not running in the background. That is Advance task killer pro, this app can setting ingnore app list when you kill all task. I prefer to set background running in ignore list,then when you kill all task by advance task killr pro,this app will not kill your background running app in your ignore list.
