Fake tan help please?

Trail and error is the best way to decide. Buy an instant tan that gradually builds, this way you can see when you miss spots during the application process rather than having to see your mistakes when it has fully developed. Another thing you need to do is fully ex-foliate your body concentrating on your elbows knees and ankles. After you have showered and ex-foliated you need to dry your body avoiding rubbing with your towel. Moisturise your elbows, knees and ankles with a fragrance free moisturiser and you should find yourself patch free. Use a tanning mitt but ensure you wear a latex glove underneath it. You would hate to have orange hands!.

even though i do not use fake tan I have been told that spray is the best.. you just have to make sure you do it exactly right.. If anything just get a real tan.. put on tanning oil with spf 5-15 and go out in the sun.. whether you lay out and get some work done that natural light really is key and its healthy for you too. (just don't burn!)

get a spray tan done at a salon just as cheap as buying wipes/sprays/mousse and i guarantee it will look much better someone else spraying you than you trying to do it yourself!!

Wipes are best because it is spreads on fairly and it doesn't make your hands bright orange. Don't get a dark colour, get a light colour wipe and apply it more if you want it darker.

spray. but please get it done professionally. you dont want to look like a carrot.
