Why can the Obama administration find money for the things they want do?
I heard Hilary Clinton talking on CSPAN the other day about a multi billion dollar project to teach other countries how to farm.How can they tell us with a straight face that we all have tighten our belts and accept the budget cuts they feel they need to implement, when they keep finding money to take care of the rest of the world? If they want to give money to other nations during this economic crisis shouldn't they have to show the American taxpayer how they will come the money without the taxpayer footing the bill.We should never have to pay interest on loans so we can give it away to other countries.

In the FIAT money system (money is NOT backed by a precious metal such as gold or silver) and the country has the reserve currency (in this case the United States) and money can be created by the Federal Reserve Bank ( a private bank) literally out of thin air (okay, electronically entered onto the ledger sheets of any major banks) then giving away no existent money is easy.
Since your question is already answered then by yourself, then you realize the statement is one of indignation and disgust.
But being passive, apathetic like most Americans are, and as long as they can purchase to their hearts content while ringing up huge debt, why would they care?
And that is your answer in a nutshell. Nobody cares until the economic bubble bursts and civil calamity reigns.
It doesn't matter who's in the Whitehouse, they are the same whether they are Republicans or Democrats. The 5 major corporations run the country, so sit back and complain, because nothing will ever change this.
