I think last poster shows you the mindset....
Read this article recently where he was quoted saying this...
“I’m going to take a lot of departments in Washington, and agencies, and combine them. Some eliminate, but I’m probably not going to lay out just exactly which ones are going to go…Things like Housing and Urban Development (HUD), which my dad was head of, that might not be around later.”

Maybe Mr. Romney is campaigning to be president of ALL American citizens rather than just for a few preferred groups like so many politicians. In that case, he has no need or reason to pander to any one group or engage in class(less) warfare. The "racist" politicians ae the ones that promise to steal what someone else has earned and give it to someone who does NOTHING to deserve it.
"realistic girl", is there a problem with eliminating federal agencies that have failed and exist with NO authority whatsoever in the Constitution of the United States?

He's the candidate for rich white elites. Why would he want to address minority Americans?
His only concern for Minorities and the Middle Class is - "How can I further extract money from them - and transfer that wealth to the wealthy?'
Thanks!

He doesn't need minority support, he just needs support of 50.1%.
