Help! I just started my period?

Look calm down its normal it may get heavier as it goes on you may have it for 2-7 days you need to take showers everyday you have it and change your pad every 4-6 hours and wash your hands before you do also keep track of when you starte dand when you stop....it may be irregular for the first month so don't be scared if you don't get it for a month or two after this one...congrats any more questions my emails giavannaramos@gmail.com

If it started today, it will probably end in about four or five days. Since it's the first, it might be shorter than that though. If you have cramps, take an advil or tylenol. Advil works best for bad cramps. If you have cravings, it might be your bodys way of telling you that you have a deficiency of some nutrients that may be necessary to proper menstruation. Don't worry, if you have any concerns or questions, talk to your mom or sister if you have one, or older friends who have a regular period :)
