Can I lower my 2011 Dodge Charger with no damage done?
Hey there,
I have a 2011 Dodge Charger SE with the Chrome OEM 20" rims. I was thinking of lowering it as well. So my question is, can I lower it and still have people rise in it with no problems? I dont want to lower it and have people riding in it and then having it affect the car. Thanks guys!!!

you can lower your car with no adverse issues. the best way is to buy springs and have them installed by a professional (or someone that knows what they're doing) you will probably have to have the car re-aligned afterwards

Same as what Doug said, you can buy springs for around $300, and have them installed by your trusted mechanic or any professional, and get an alignment. They Make sure you pick a good company like Tanabe. A little ride quality will be sacrificed though. And it's only going to drop about 2 inches. Just having passengers won't make your car drag on the ground if that's what you were thinking. And also when you take the springs to your installer, they will tell you that they can't warranty the job because it's not their parts.

Sounds like you received some good advice from Doug and 55757272 - also remember that lowering your vehicle will not automatically void your warranty but any damage caused to the vehicle because of it being lowered will not be covered under your Manufacturer's Warranty.
