Whether or not it's available for free i do not know. Perhaps video upload portals such as youtube also have options to automatically enhance uploaded videos.

Simply put, there is no improving what you already have. But you have to consider, its a phone so obviously, the number one priority when creating the concept of the device definitely wouldn't have been the camera. All I can say is buy a better phone. I've seen some very nice phones with up to 8.0 megapixel cameras, such as HTCs and Droids.
Sorry, but improving the resolution is a no go on this one.

you may choose for Samsung Galaxy Grand its stable and on your funds too. Its a advantageous telephone with all your expectation what you're looking in a cellular telephone. Else in case you opt to choose for the different telephone that verify the hyperlink:

Most phone cameras are still 1Mp or less (although the iPhone is higher).

Not really, unless you have a really expensive editing suite, and even then it is doubtful.
