How do I open a Pages document in MS Word?
It always says "may be corrupt."

Unfortunately there is no way for you to open a Pages document in MS Word as it just doesn't support the file type. If viewing the file is sufficient you can:
1. rename the .pages file to .zip
2. open the file
3. browse to the 'quicklook' folder
4. open the preview.pdf
There is a project on sourceforge which claims to convert to a .txt file so you could give that a try, but I haven't tried it personally: http://pagesconvert.sourceforge.net/
Failing that if it's just the one file I could convert it for you in Pages which can save as a MS Word document.
