Vision, eyesight, problem?

Has anyone ever heard of blood pressure medication effecting eyesight?

    If glasses are worn continuously over time the poor vision will generally become worse. Essentially what glasses do is lock the eyes into their refractive state and in order to see through your lenses you have to maintain the poor vision that the lenses are designed to correct.

    Yes I have, there is definitely a connection. Eyes need blood just like any other part of the body, so of course any unnatural blood pressure altering medication could indeed have an affect on your vision.

    You've probably already heard this from your doc, but do everything you can do improve your blood pressure so you don't need the medication anymore. If your blood pressure is so high the root to the problem is of course in your diet. Clean up your diet, it will make a HUGE difference in your life, trust me. Read a book like the Ultramind Solution, it's good stuff.

    I can give you just some tips but I suggest to give a look to the method that i posted above...for example you can take more food that contains vitamin A such as carrots may help to naturally improve your eye sight. We can also always do exercises. There are exercises such as rolling your eyeball to form an invisible square that are always recommended by the doctors to improve one's eyesight. I don't know about quickly as there is no fast way to reach one's goal.

    Vegetarians can help to improve one's eye sight. I believe it because I am a vegetarian and my eye short-sightedness power remains the same without any increase after about 2 years. The doctor was shocked because teenagers at my years will usually have a most increase since we are always watching TV, playing computers and also reading. I do not know whether it is totally true or not but it does affect a bit on the result.

    you may try to practise bates method to relax eye muscles.......(instead of blood pressure problem)

    there are many of successful cases(including me),i have -6.0D before,

    and now just -1.5D,of course it should be keep going on....(if i keep practise)

    don't trust so-called ''professionals'' to do the surgery ,its suck for you........
