Yes, that is possible but very very rare. Most cases of cervical cancer are caused by particular strains of the HPV [genital warts] virus, it's not very common for people who havent had sex to have that virus. Also it's just uncommon in people age 13 anyway, it takes a while for the cancer cells to grow. If someone you know is worried about it they should see the doctor. Most likely if they're having some type of symptom its from something else but it's always good to get checked anyway.

I am not sure of this information i got it of the internet i believe it is right-
Yes you can get it at any age but the older you get the more likely it is that you get it.
E.g. a 26 year old is more likely to get it compared to a 13 year old.
Hope that helped

If you have been sexually active for several years it is possible, but highly unlikely.
If you are not sexually active, then no.
There have been rare cases where virgins have had cervical cancer - they were in their 80's or older.

There is a drug, that if your mother took it when she was carrying you,
can cause cx ca in really young girls. However, this drug is banned
most places
Generally, a really young girl, even having unprotected sex, would
at most develop CIN - a developmental stage on the way to ca cx.

I suppose it is physically possible, but highly unlikely. If you believe you may have something going on you should contact your obgyn ASAP
