Java is installed, but computer doesn't recognize...What to do?

A program I'm trying to use requires Daeja which requires Java...I have Java already and even installed again but everytime I go to Daeja to launch Viewone, it tells me I first must have Java....

What I've done: went to tools and made sure my java add on was enabled.

Any suggestions?

    Try the offline istallations :

    http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

    Try other internet browsers like Google Chrome,Firefox,Opera,Safari and see if it works using them browsers.
