I accidentally cracked my neck now i can't turn my neck?

I was getting ready for work I was dryin myself with a towel I did the rig where u wrap the towel around your back and move ur way up I did that when I got to my neck I heard a loud crack maybe 4 or 5 was in a shitload of pain cudnt move my neck felt like my neck couldn't hold my head up I just layed down for a bit that hurte like hell getting down or up it's been pike 6-7 hrs since I Hurt it I can stand now just feel stiffness and pain when I then my head to the right or look up the pain is on the backside of my neck from the middle right side shud I go to a doctor or will this go away in a day?

    see an hio method chiropractor for competent corrective care.

    Go to the doctor, you didn't break your neck, but you might have damaged something.

    go to the nearest hospital and see a doctor,you couldve herniated a disc in your upper spine.
