UPS out for delivery?

My package has been out for delivery since 5am this morning, it's now 7:20pm and still no package has arrived. The package tracker still says out for delivery online. Am I ever going to get my package today or what?

    Maybe. It's possible the truck had a heavy load and will run late. Or some other incident.

    I've seen a tire blow out.
